Our Story

Where did this all begin?

At Infinex, we believe support should feel human, not transactional.

We saw too many people receiving services, but not truly belonging.

Too many homes that felt managed, not lived in.

Too many programs focused on hours, not people.

So we built something different.

Infinex was created to help people live real lives in real homes, connected to real communities.

We work alongside NDIS participants through a mentor-led model, replacing traditional support roles with guidance that builds confidence, daily living skills, and independence.

Infinex Healthcare was born

Your life. Your health. Your community.

Our focus is not on doing things for people, but walking with them as they grow, connect, and find their rhythm in everyday life.

Whether at home, out in the community, or through structured day programs, our approach centres on dignity, wellbeing, and genuine human connection.

We believe everyone deserves a place where they feel safe, respected, and part of something meaningful.

This is more than support.

This is a community.

  • Maintaining a safe and organised home

  • Confidence in independent decision-making

  • Connection to the community and support

Our approach focuses on real-world participation, helping individuals develop the skills and comfort needed to navigate their community safely and independently over time.

Supports may include:

  • Attending community activities and events

  • Social participation and connection

  • Support with transport and accessing local services

  • Building confidence in public and social environments

Outcome:

Greater independence, reduced isolation, and stronger connection to community life.

Our Community Day programs provide structured, supportive environments where participants can develop daily living skills, routines, and social confidence. Programs are mentor-led and designed to promote consistency, well-being, and purposeful engagement.

Rather than task-based activities, our programs focus on participation, independence, and everyday skill development in a calm and respectful setting.

Programs support:

  • Routine building and daily structure

  • Group participation and peer interaction

  • Skill development through everyday activities

  • Confidence and self-direction

Outcome:

Improved daily functioning, confidence, and readiness for independent living and community participation.

Our outreach services provide flexible, mentor-led support in the community or participant’s environment. These supports are designed to assist individuals during transitions, changes in routine, or periods where additional guidance is needed to maintain stability and independence.

Outreach focuses on maintaining continuity, safety, and engagement without disrupting a participant’s autonomy.

Supports may include:

  • Short-term or flexible community support

  • Assistance during transitions or changes

  • Support to maintain routines and engagement

  • Practical guidance to strengthen independence

Outcome:

Stability, continuity of support, and sustained participation in daily life.

How We Work With You

Steps

  1. Meet & Understand Your Needs We start with a friendly chat involving you, your family, or support coordinator to dive into your goals, current supports, and NDIS plan, ensuring we truly get what matters most to you.

  2. Match Supports & Build a Plan Our team carefully pairs you with compatible support workers and crafts a custom plan that aligns with your aspirations, making sure every detail feels right and empowering.

  3. Start Supports & Ongoing Care We launch your supports with safety and comfort in mind, keeping you updated along the way and flexibly adjusting as life evolves, because your well-being is our ongoing priority.

  4. Review & Celebrate Progress We regularly check in to celebrate wins, refine the plan, and ensure you're thriving, fostering long-term joy and independence in your Melbourne community.

Long-term thinking, not short-term service delivery

  • Participants, families, and coordinators choose Infinex because we think beyond the next shift or invoice.

  • Our model supports:

    • gradual skill development

    • sustainable independence

    • confidence over time

    • transitions into greater autonomy

  • This is especially important for the ILO, where success depends on planning for the future, not just managing the present.

Why Participants and Families Choose Infinex

Families and participants choose Infinex

We build real independence, not reliance

Families and participants choose Infinex because our focus is on building capacity in everyday life, not creating dependence on staff.
Our mentor-led approach supports people to develop routines, decision-making, and daily living skills so independence grows over time, not just support hours.

This matters because families are thinking long-term:

“Will my child still be okay when I’m not around?

Participants and families choose Infinex because our supports adapt to:

  • changes in routine

Safe, stable living environments that feel like home

Participants and families choose Infinex because our homes are:

  • calm and predictable

  • structured without being restrictive

  • designed to support daily living skills

The question families ask is not “Is there support?”

It’s “Is this a place where my loved one will feel settled, safe, and respected?”

A provider that sees the whole person

Infinex is chosen because we don’t reduce people to diagnoses, behaviours, or funding categories.

We work with individuals as people, with preferences, strengths, challenges, and aspirations, and design supports around how they want to live.

That human approach is what families notice first, and value most.
